Could also be used to get rental properties ready for the market. Limited shopping will be done if necessary. We can discuss all options. Additional hours can be bought at a discounted rate of $125/hr plus the travel fee for the next appointment if needed. Minimum 2 hours
Packages cannot be combined
Travel fees of $65/trip will be applied to areas such as Hutto, Salado, Circle C, Dripping Springs, Sweetwater, Spicewood, Far South Austin. etc. Please enquire prior to our meeting. We do not travel to certain areas due to traveling distance, but please talk with us if we need to make special arrangements
